Saugeen Shores Community Fund Management

All monies donated to the Saugeen Shores Community Fund are placed with the Community Foundation Grey Bruce and go into the capital fund, thereby earning maximum income which is used to provide grants for the Community Foundation. All funds raised in Saugeen Shores will remain in Saugeen Shores . Funds are invested in Trust Quality investments;

Granting Process

Registered Charities and/or Not-for-profit groups with applicable sponsors can make application for funding;

• Awards are made by the Granting Committee of Community Foundation Grey Bruce in partnership with the Fund Management Committee for the Saugeen Shores Community Fund to those projects which best benefit the Community
• Funds support projects within the Town of Saugeen Shores
• Progress is monitored and groups are accountable for wise use of funds
